The terms of your gift.

This product is in development preview. In preview mode, lyric samples and explicitly labelled preview workspaces do not represent live payment, real music generation, or a completed paid gift. The following describes the proposed first paid version; it must be checked against the actual supplier agreements and operating location before checkout is enabled.

The proposed offer

A one-time purchase creates two full AI song versions from the lyrics you confirm. It includes one complete remake within 7 days, downloads of delivered audio and lyric text, and an optional private gift link. Access is intended to last 90 days. Download your MP3 files if you want to keep them afterward. The final amount and applicable taxes appear at checkout.

Your role in the story

Use real details you have permission to share, and avoid including unnecessary sensitive information. Check the names, facts, dates, and exclusions in your lyric draft. Payment is tied to the exact lyric version you confirm. Manual editing and lyric approval are part of your responsibility before music generation.

What AI can and cannot promise

The words, music, and singing are created using AI. Song length, pronunciation, melody, and vocal character can vary. A selected mood or voice is a preference, not a replica of a named artist. A remake creates new music and may change the melody and voice; it is not precise editing of an existing recording.

Do not use the service to impersonate a real singer, copy protected lyrics or songs, harass someone, or create content you do not have the right to use. We do not promise unique musical output, guaranteed copyright protection, or unrestricted commercial licensing. The initial product is offered for personal gifting, subject to the applicable provider terms.

Payment and delivery

A checkout return alone does not prove payment. We start paid generation only after the payment provider confirms it to the server. Generation is asynchronous; you can close the page and return. Delivery occurs when the actual audio files are available for playback and download, not when a task is merely submitted.

Technical problems are handled separately from your personal remake entitlement. An uncertain submission will be checked before a new request is sent. We do not promise an exact turnaround time before the real service has been tested.

Private sharing and recovery

Save the order ID and recovery code shown before checkout. The code gives access to your order. Gift links are optional and can be revoked, but anyone with the link can view the gift while it is enabled. Revocation immediately blocks new audio requests. Audio already downloaded or buffered in a browser cannot be recalled.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

See the refund policy for cancellation, delivery failures, and requests for review. A support request or a status label is not evidence that funds have been returned. Applicable consumer rights remain in effect.

Business and contact details

A public support address has not been configured. Purchases remain unavailable until customer support is ready.
