Privacy, in plain words.

Our song is being prepared for launch. This notice describes the current product and its proposed paid offer. Live purchasing remains unavailable until an operating business, customer support, payment account, and AI services are configured and checked.

What you provide

A recipient nickname, relationship memories, optional dedication, pronunciation, details to exclude, and music preferences are used to draft lyrics and generate your song. Your order email is used for order records and support. Avoid sharing sensitive details, information about children, or information you do not have permission to use.

Drafts on your device

The creation page saves your unfinished story, recent conversation, unsent messages, and lyric edits in this browser’s local storage so you can resume it. Anyone with access to the same browser profile may be able to see it. Use “Clear local draft” on the creation page to remove that copy. Clearing a local draft does not delete a paid online order.

We remember your chosen interface language in a preference cookie and local storage. This preference is separate from your story and does not translate your lyrics.

AI and payment services

When real generation is enabled, the selected text AI provider receives your current story and up to eight recent messages to help organise the story, and the story plus current lyric draft when you request lyric writing or rewriting. Conversation text is not stored in the server’s operating log; the provider may retain its received data under its own rules. Mureka receives the confirmed lyrics and music preferences needed to generate audio. Your order email is not included in music lyrics. If live checkout is enabled, the payment provider handles payment details; this application does not collect your card number.

Services may process information outside your home country and follow their own terms and retention rules. The actual account and provider configuration must be reviewed before live launch. Removing content here cannot recall data already submitted to a provider or copies someone downloaded.

Private orders and gift links

Your own order requires your browser session or a recovery code. Do not share that code. Gift sharing is off by default. When you create a gift link, anyone who knows it can access the selected song, confirmed lyrics, recipient nickname, and dedication. The gift excludes the original story, order email, and payment details.

Revoking a gift link immediately prevents new access and new audio requests. Audio already downloaded or buffered in a browser cannot be recalled.

Storage and deletion

Unpaid online drafts are intended to expire after 7 days. Paid audio and gift access are intended to expire after 90 days. Download your files before expiry. Deleting an order immediately disables new application access, sharing, and new generation. Physical file removal runs separately. An upload already in progress may need up to 5 minutes for its lease to end, followed by later background cleanup attempts. Storage or background-processing faults can delay physical removal; we do not claim the files have already been erased just because access is disabled. Necessary transaction and operational records may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, and resolving disputes.

Technical records

The application uses a session cookie for access. It records order and generation status, audio play starts, audio download requests, lyrics download requests, and gift page openings in its own private operating database. Action events contain internal references, time, and application version, not your story, email, recovery code, or gift token. These events do not prove a complete listen or a saved download. The event log retains up to 10,000 recent system events; the administrator sees a limited recent window. No third-party advertising trackers are included.

Public-page analytics

When enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits and loading performance on our public home page and writing guides. It receives public page and referring-page information, browser/device information, coarse country information and performance timings. It does not use analytics cookies or read your saved story. We do not install it in the creation workspace, orders, gift pages or administrator pages, or initialise it on URLs with query strings or fragments. AI stories, lyrics, email addresses and access credentials are not sent to analytics. This limited measurement does not provide complete customer or purchase attribution. You can use your browser’s Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to skip this optional public-page measurement.
